I am writing to insist on reasonable position limits on comex silver of approx. 1,500 contracts. Have the courage and moral fortitude to do your job and make history. Bring to an end this shamefull era of the CFTC by stopping the huge manipulation short positions in silver. Do whats right and legal not what is and has been easy to do by looking the other way and ignoring the criminal activity. Steven Giskin
