I believe based on the effectiviness of the SEC & CFTC that we should mount a campaign to have the Congress 'Indict" the "Regulators for malfeasience and incompetitence and very likely collusion" with the Investment Banks whom they are supposed to regulate. Harry Markapolis warned the SEC in 1995 that Madoff was probably corrupt yet nothing was done. How about the most recent hearings by Dodd. Testimony that JP Morgan was manipulating silver prices, again nothing done. Time to put those who are to protect us in jail
