I believe the time has come to put limits on speculation on the stock market. No limits on futures is costing this great country more than just loss of capital for Joe everybody but also a way of life. it does'nt seem right that so few should benefit while the rest wonder how they're carry on. And when it comes to home heating oil the public should not have to choose between eating and staying warm. I urge you to put a stop to this insanity vote for limits.
