New regulation
Sir,
I live in France and I learned recently that the CFTC proposed a new regulation : lowering the
leverage from 100:1 to 10:1.
That means that all the people who have a few money cannot do what they want (for exemple do
some trading with a few dollars).
This measure is against all the rights of human being, and will only permit all the rich people to continue to
do trading.
In fact nothing will change with this measure.
