Many American Citizens are suffering because of the speculation in the Commodities Markets. We need to limit the speculators so prices for necessary commodities such as heating oil are kept affordable. The unnecessarily high cost to heat homes is causing many Americans to drain bank accounts to transfer wealth to Hedge Funds and Wealthy investors. This is not how we should treat our American poor and middle class. PLEASE ACT TO PASS THE WALL STREET REFORM ACT!
