Fool me once ..shame on you. Fool me twice ...shame on me and Congress!!
There is no reason to release SPR stocks or allocate because there is plenty of crude and refined products available. All this past month the rise is once again due to hedgers, speculators and those who would pad their pockets on the misery of the average american.
