To whom it may concern at the CFTC,
Please follow your mandate from the Dodd/Frank Bill and establish appropriate position limits to prevent the market manipulation being practiced unfairly by J.P. Morgan and other large banks. This has been in the press that I am aware of since last year. I would like the commission to act in favor of the fair practices that people need in order to have confidence in their government and the markets it is supposed to regulate.
I refer the CFTC to Sen. Tom Harkin's letter to the commission sent last Dec.. Please pay attention and show us that you actually do care for the welfare of all citizens in this country. If you take no action, then we must conclude that you are serving other interests and not every citizen.
