I have heard of RIN 3038-AC61. You need to stop overregulating our trading. I can tell you know
that I have already begun looking for an unregulated broker so that i can get back to hedge
trading. So if you wanna push more traders towards unregulated brokers go ahead and lower the
amount of leverage we are allowed but that is not prudent. Just leave us alone. Stop punishing the
smart because the stupid lose their money.
