Please enact strict and reasonable position limits in the futures markets. In particular, concentrated positions, such as the massive short position that J.P. Morgan currently has in the COMEX silver futures market, undermines and strikes at the very core of our financial system. There is absolutely no way that the consequences of such blatant manipulation will be benign, unless limitations are imposed soon. This entire situation is absolutely unbelievable.
