Market manipulation is rampant. It is common knowledge.
The inability of the CFTC to enforce the laws it is supposed to at a time when obvious proof of manipulation is clear shows that it is a corrupt organization. The CFTC has undermined it's own authority by turning a blind eye while large prop desks (JPM, Goldman, HSBC) destroy fundamental investing and the faith of market participants through persistent criminal manipulation in the futures market.
The CFTC is a joke. Can you say, "Regulatory Capture?"
