The purpose of this submission is to request that your office (CKTC) adjust the proposed formula in silver and impose a 1500 contract (7.5 million ounce) position limit for silver.
Any number beyond this recommended limit simply leads to a market manipulation and financial endangerment on the part of the large banks and others engaged in this activity.
