In fear of sounding like most of the others on this forum, I too want to express my opinion that the CFTC should implement a plan to have a fair and equitable position limits. Stop the blatant manipulation by the big banks and allow fair PM markets.
I fear that my message and most of the other comments from this forum will be ignored by this agency, however I can in good conscious know that I tried to make a difference but lost out to the special interests and power brokers. I truly look forward to the day that the small investor can actually have faith in the regulator agencies that are mandated to protect the interests of all!
