I assume that you have read this article...but it sums up the ridiculous charade that the CFTC appears to be a party to. The credibility of the CFTC and the US Government is shot.

Please take some action towards cleaning up the precious metals market. A good start would be to prevent ridiculously large short positions in such a small market as the silver market. I urge you to enforce position limits far below to 5000 contract limit which is being proposed.
