    To my public servants,
I see that the SEC and CFTC are both claiming to not have the resources to complete the functions that precepitated the creation of these agencies. My suggestion is to quit covering for the banks and clearing houses and the naked shorts that are in clear violation of your rules. Quit the procrastinating and prosecute the violaters, then you can move on to new business. One of the first items should be the termination of all employees that were spending multiple hours every day viewing porn on government computers rather than monitoring businesses that I think you were hired to watch and regulate. We have enough perverts in this country without wasting tax dollars, in case you haven't noticed the real unemployment is 20%, the government is bankrupt, and 'WE THE PEOPLE' are real tired of the status quo.
Perverts on porn sites is a clear violation of rules and a termination offense at every corporation in this country(except possibly playboy or hustler) and I find this totally unacceptable and indefensible.
