    Ladies/Gentlemen of the CFTC:

I refer you to an article posted in the New York Times at 7:40 EST, March 2, 2011, "A Conspiracy With a Silver Lining" written by WILLIAM D. COHAN. The content of this post outlines the reasons why the public faith in the will of the CFTC to protect the public from fraud in the silver market is at a historic low. I urge you to disclose the results of the CFTC investigation into silver market manipulation that began over 2 years ago. My Lord, how long does it take to get this done?

I also urge you to set silver market positions limits at a level no higher than 1500 contracts per participant. To allow position limits in excess of 1500 contracts only further contributes to what many within the public believe is a serious crime in progress.

    Respectfully yours,

    John Jardine
