I believe Mr. Ted Butler has determined the correct number of contracts for silver. 5,000 is far too high. I recommend that you reconsider and lower the maximum number of contracts to the vicinity of 1500. I understand that that the number that you settle on will never be 1500 because you do not want it to appear that you are following Mr. Butlers recommendation. However, if you set the maximum number at 1600 or 1700 you can avoid this problem and still end most of the manipulation. Please do the right thing and let the silver market trade freely and honestly.
