Dear Chairman Ginsler: Please consider further limiting your Proposed Rule 76 FR 4752 to 1500 contracts or 7.5 million ounces of silver. It seems to me that the proposed limit of 5,000 contracts or 25 million ounces of silver is too high and allows for the possibility of excessive pricing power by would be manipulators.
