Dear Chairman Gensler and fellow Commissioners,
I observe the silvermarket since a couple of years. To me there is no doubt, that this market is under manipulation. There can be no manipulation without concentration. So please do the right thing. Don't set the limit to high.
Please institute a 1500 contract (7.5 million ounce) position limit for silver.
