Commissioners,
The current situation is a disgrace. Position limits of no more than 1500 contacts in SILVER are urgently required. Anything less will not work.
There is a public preception that the CFTC is working for the price manipulating bullion banks and allowing any exceptions for them will confirm the worst fears.
