I don't know what good this will do, again. The CFTC asks for public comment and then ignores these same comments. The proposed 5000 contract limit in silver is ridiculous and is the same as not having limits. A 1500 contract limit has been mentioned many times and is in line with all the other commodity limits. I truely hope this Commission will do what it is there to do.
