Dear CFTC,
It is well past the time to stop the manipulation of the gold and silver markets by the large financial institutions. If a small entity or individual did what these institutions are allowed to do, we would be prosecuted and jailed. I think the 1500 contract position limit is a good idea, but I am open to whatever EFFECTIVELY stops the manipulation.
