commissioners:I respectfully ask you to strongly consider a reduction in the position limit of 5000 contracts, which currently exists in silver, down to 1500 contracts. This would effectively bring position limits in silver closer to the proportions that exist with other commodities and their respective position limits, and help to end a price manipulation which has continued for too long.
