    Hello Chairman Gensler & Members:

    Please be so kind as to put in place proper position limits on Silver.

    In my opinion, that would be a limit of 1,500 contracts - with ZERO exemptions to those limits.

    We are way past due to stop what can only be called a crime in progress.
