Dear Mr. Gensler and fellow Commissioners,
The out come of this descion is a very important one, for it affects all peoples of life around the globe not just American citizens.
It is the CFTC's job to be fair and honest in all that they do, and have the interest of all peoples at heart not just a chosen few.
Having said that, I urge you to approve the staff’s proposal on position limits, including limiting exemptions to bona fide hedgers. There are only three mining companies in the world who produce more than 25 million ounces of silver per year and only a similar number of industrial consumers using more than that amount. Please institute a 1500 contract (7.5 million ounce) position limit for silver.
