Proposed CFTC leverage change.
I believe that all traders should have the right to choose the amount of leverage that is appropriate for
their risk appetite and that this basic principle of choice is being threatened by the proposed CFTC
regulations and is going to hurt the small one with low capital to invest in this speculation market.
Please do not change the MAX LEVERAGE.
