    Dear Chairman Gensler and fellow Commissioners:

    I urge you to approve the staff's proposal on position limits, inculding limiting exemptions to bona fide hedgers. I agree with Mr. Ted Butler's position on, making the position limit for Silver to a contract level of 1500 (7.5 million ounce).
