As you are aware the advantages the big players have
over the small and individual investers is enormous. There are many ways The playing field is tilted
If you see fit to set an otions limit of a more reasonable amount than we have now it will be at least a small sign to the
world community, that your commission actually is capable of and has the power to set some
rules for those that you are tasked to keep in check.
It is your move, the whole world is watching ..... who is your master?
