Here's my comment/feedback on the CFTC's proposed position limits rule . Markets are decidedly unfree (prone to extravagant manipulation ) .I operate from Canada . It is VITAL to put a limit on concentration in the Ag market ......no more than 1500 contracts . Please restore the integrity of this market to enable we the people to trade with equanimity .
