Dear Chairman Gensler and fellow Commissioners:
I am writing to urge you to readjust the proposed position limit in silver. 5,000 contracts for a single speculator, the equivalent of 25 million ounces of silver, is manifestly too high.
We need a free and fair market. Please institute a 1500 contract (7.5 million ounce) position limit for silver.
