    Dear CFTC Chairman G. Gensler and all other CFTC Commissioners

    Please adjust the proposed formula in silver position limits. Over 5,000 contracts for any single speculator is way too high.

    Please rather use a 1500 contract (7.5 million ounce) position limit for silver.
