Dear Commissioners:
Please approve position limits to reduce speculation by large banks and other entities. Please consider reducing the position liimit in the silver market from the (very high) proposed limit of 5000 contracts, to a more reasonable level, such as 1500 or 200 contracts. No legitimate producer or consumer has a need to hedge 25 million ounces of silver at one time.
Please institute a reasonable 1500 or 2000 contract position limit for silver.
