RE: COMEX position limits on silver
Dear Chairman Gensler and Fellow Commissioners;
Thank you for taking the time to address the importance of position limits in COMEX silver. At this time, I am requesting the approval of the staff’s proposal on such limits as well as including the limitation of exemptions to bona fide hedger. However, I am also requesting that the limits be lowered to 1,000 to 1,500 contract level (5.0-7.5 million ounce) WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
