I have followed Mr. Ted Butler for several years and have long since been convinced that he is totally correct in that new lower position limits in silver MUST be established. I agree that 1500 contracts seems to be about right. I will follow the situation carefully since it erodes confidence in the CFTC and government agencies at a time when far more confidence must be reestablished.
