Dear Chairman Gensler and fellow Commissioners:
I am strong in my conviction that position limits need to be adjusted to reasonable and meaningful values, particularly in the silver market. The proposed position limits appear to be favorable to the large institutions who already control the silver market. As a taxpayer, I am requesting that you do your job and restore integrity to a market which has been unfair and dishonest for many years.
Why does it take whistleblowers, input from citizens, and forced actions from Dodd-Frank to make an unfair market return to a fair and honest playing field?
Please do what is right. I respectfully ask that you reconsider the proposed contract limits in silver and institute a 1500 contract position limit for silver.
