Re Position limits in silver
In the interest of the investing public I urge you to reconsider your proposed position limit for silver contracts in order to put an end to the ongoing manipulation in the silver futures market.
Anything over 2000 contracts at most is not defensible.
I believe you are aware of your responsibility to protect the public - I know Commissioner Chilton is - and will resist pressure from the manipulators (and you know who they are) to set limits that will permit continuing distortions in the silver market.
