I wold like your agency to favorably consider a 1500 contract position limit for silver which is equal to 7.5 million ounces of silver. Hopefully this will level the playing field somewhat more than exists today even though 7.5 million ounces is a huge volume in the existing market for silver and only a few large mines produce this kind of volume. As a small stockholder I find it regrettable that huge banks like J P Morgan and 5 - 6 other large banks can essentially monopolize trading in silver.
