I am a foreign investor in your markets, and it should be deemed crucial to you to maintain an honest and trustworthy forum if you expect to continue to receive foreign investment. The silver limits are ridiculously high resulting in continued opportunity for manipulation. Please reconsider this proposed rule.
P.s. 3 years for an investigation into the silver market manipulation? Come on!
