Dear Chairman Gensler and fellow Commissioners:
Please approve your staff''s proposal on position limits, including limiting exemptions to bona fide hedgers,
that is, regarding silver, entities actually producing or using metallic silver.
However, please readjust the formula proposed for silver, which would result in a position limit of over 5,000 contracts for a single speculator, on an all months combined basis, which I believe is much too high.
Please institute a 1500 contract (7.5 million ounces) position limit for silver.
