    Comment Text:

Dear Chairman Gensler and CFTC fellow board members,

With the present turmoil around the planet being catalyzed by the perception of corruption and fraud on the part of Governments along with their regulatory and judicial bodies in collusion with criminals in the financial system, it becomes imperative that we maintain the highest of ethics in policing the alleged manipulators of our commodities markets. The due diligence of people like Ted Butler et.al. has the respect and support of those of us in the investing world.

Please be advised that more than 1500 contracts in the commodities exchange markets as proposed by Ted Butler can only be interpreted as enabling the Casinos on Wall Street and in so doing discourage the investors and their perceptions of a free market.

    Sincerely,

    Robert Williams
