Dear Chairman Gensler and Fellow Commissioners:
I'm writing this in the hope that you will approve the staff's proposed position limits. However
I feel that those proposed are still to high, and could result in a 5000 contract position limit. Contracts
of 5000 would still make the threshold to high for the real world silver market at present.
I am humbly requesting you give ear to my request that you institute the position limit in silver
to a 1500 contract limit. In this, those who have manipulated the silver market would not
be able to do so in the future, thank you.
