Dear Commissioners of CFTC
Let me first congratulate you for having the courage to tackle this difficult package of changing the rules of engagement of position limits. Sounds like a battle. Well it has been. The toughest part is still ahead.It's been long overdue to bring fairness, honesty, and integrity back to what can be called a truly free market. If the goal of fairness is reached, then honesty and integrity fall right in. Therefore, my suggestion for a position limit on silver is 2,000 contracts.
