Given all the information I have, I am a strong proponent of position limits. The limit number should be as tight as possible while not limiting market liquidity. For example, I would suggest between 1000 - 1500 contracts of Silver. 5 - 7.5 million ounces is plenty in such a small market. Please act on this in effective manner as concentration, and probable manipulation, has gone overboard.
