I am a small Silver Buyer, building for retiremant. I urge you to please adopt the 1500 contract position limit that Mr Ted Butler and many others have advanced. I feel this will be the best thing for me and for all Silver buyers. The 5000 limit is too much by far, for the reasons Mr Butler has outlined for you. Please, be brave and do the right thing for the sake of the average citizen and your country, which is a 1500 contract position limit. Thank you. Milton A. Newberry Sr.
