To Whom It May Really Concern,

I have come to appreciate that we need to invoke necessary changes with matters related to the precious metal silver. It is a substance of great importance to many around the world and those who wish to control the value of silver tend to underestimate the unseen potential that lurks in the improper level for position limits for silver.

The level needs to be reduced. Common sense should dictate. The proper level for position limits in silver is about 1500 contracts or 7.5 million ounces. That amount is still larger than what the vast majority of the world’s silver producers and consumers make or use in a year.

    Most Sincere,

    Jeff Crane
