Dear Sirs,
Please re-adjust your proposed position limit for silver to no more than 1,500 contracts, or about 7.5 million ounces. This would alleviate the inherent problems within the silver market and aid in ending the concentrated -naked-short position and end the manipulation by just a few entities.
