As a small private investor in precious metals, I want to encourage you to establish and approve realistic position limits. They need to be low enough to slow the current rampart speculation in these metals. For example, the proposed limit of 5000 contracts for silver is much too high, and would do little to reduce the speculators who are able to manipulate the relatively small market.
