As one of numerous concerned investors in the silver market, I urge you to implement the curtailment of the present position limit from the current 5000 contracts to a more reasonable and transparent 1500.
Doing so would reassure the trading community your commitment to maintaining a free and open marketplace where manipulation by any means is not tolerated.
