Dear Chairman Gensler and Commissioners:
I would like you to approve the staff’s proposal on position limits, including limiting exemptions to only bona fide hedge companies and, specifically, not banks or their subsidiaries. The proposed formula in silver needs adjusted as the current threshold for contracts is too high and allows for massive manipulation.
Please institute a 1500 contract (7.5 million ounce) position limit for silver.
