Chairman Gensler and fellow Commissioners:
Gentlemen,
In the past you have failed to adequately control and limit the total amount of Silver contract position and this has allowed undue speculation and unfair price manipulation of the small Silver market. Please correct this situation by instituting a 1500 contract (7.5 million ounce) position limit for Silver. This should include limiting exemptions to bono fide hedgers. This would be adequate due to the relative small nature of the world silver market and protect and give small silver investors like myself a level and fair playing field.
