Chairman Gensler & Fellow Commissioners,
In these very difficult times, when so many citizens are questioning the honesty and integrity of our trading markets, it is critically important to make sure that the governing regulations are fair to all that participate. Accordingly, I would urge your Commission to require the implementation of a 1500 contract (7.5 million ounces) position limit for silver.
